Terms of Service

All transfer prices are quoted in USD and are fixed at the time of booking confirmation. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash (USD or UZS) or by card on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a charge.

For long-distance routes, drivers may include reasonable rest stops as part of the journey. Any additional stops, detours, or waiting time beyond what was agreed at booking may incur an extra charge, agreed with your driver in advance.
